HEIDI LANG , MSW,  is a workshop presenter and organizational consultant with over 10 years experience in training, development, and motivation.  She is a certified as a mediator by the Dispute Resolutions Board and as a Trainer in Workplace Mediation by the Mediation Training Institute.  She is also certified as an administrator of the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator.  Heidi is based in Seattle, WA.
