Through our coaching process, the clarity that is needed to support the most effective actions is achieved. Coaching accelerates progress by providing greater focus and awareness of possibilities leading to more effective choices. Coaching concentrates on where individuals are now and what they are willing to do to get where they want to be in the future. Coaches are thought-partners, motivators, educated advisors, and experienced personal strategists that can move you from “good” to “great”- so that you’ll exceed your own expectations and achieve unparalleled success.

Consulting - Our consultants are organizational advisers with specialized expertise. Our concentration of experience rests in primarily four areas: supervision development; motivation; interpersonal communication; and teambuilding.  Our consultant will help you diagnose problems and prescribes and implements solutions for your team or organization.

Training -  Our training programs are based on the acquisition of certain learning objectives as set out by you, the client. Q:  What experience do you have?

A. Our staff all have graduate masters degrees (MBA and MSW) and have been professionally training, coaching, and consulting for both profit and nonprofit organizations for 10-15 years each.  Our coaching services are offered only by certified professional coaches trained through the College of Executive Coaching and accredited through the International Coaching Federation.  We have worked with individuals and organizations ranging in size from 2 to 1000 staff and have provided professional training/coaching/consulting in over 40 states.

Q:  Do you have references that I can contact?

A. Absolutely!  We are proud of the work that we have done and the difference we have made for individuals and in organizations!  We have references available and encourage you to contact one or two before committing to any of our services!

A. It’s simple.  If you are not satisfied with the services that we provide -for any reason- notify us and we will refund any compensation received from you.  We feel that strongly about the quality and impact our services provide.

Q:  What do you charge for your services?

A. Rates negotiated depend on a number of factors – including length of contract, type of services. We will work with you to stay within your budget- contact us directly for an estimate of your costs. And remember- we are confident that we will exceed your expectations. If you're not completely satisfied with our services, you don't pay a dime.
